A bit about me

I'd rather you got a sense of who I am than a list of my qualifications.

I'm a counsellor and before that I spent ten years working in mental health. I know how it feels to be on the receiving end of a system and I know how much difference one steady person can make.

London born and raised, I work with people from every corner of it: different backgrounds, different lives, different reasons for picking up the phone. You won't need to explain where you're from or make yourself smaller to fit. Come as you are.

My qualifications are at the bottom of the About page, if you'd like them.

More about how I work

How we work together

Simple, on purpose.

Some people come with something specific. Others arrive with a feeling they can't name yet. Both are fine. We work it out together.

  2. A free call

Fifteen minutes on the phone. You hear my voice and we both decide if it feels right.

  3. We meet weekly

Fifty minutes, at the same time each week where we can. In person in South London or online.
